No, customers are able to checkout as a guest.
Setting up an account allows you to order without having to fill in your details each time you shop with us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are processed through PayPal.
Choose from MasterCard, Visa, Amex or your PayPal Account.
Cash on delivery is available, pickup from our warehouse only.

No, we do not store your credit card details or any other payment information.
Personalised products and branding?
Bamboo grain is very dense and can be laser marked easily; very fine detail can be delivered. Bamboo can also be printed onto with remarkable results.
Many of the products included on the Bamboo Designer Products site can be personalised or branded. We do provide some suggestions but please contact us with your ideas. We will confirm whether possible, and provide you with a quote.
How do I order in commercial quantities?
I would like to personalise an item, how do I arrange this?
Please complete the personalisation quote request with details of the item you wish to purchase and how you would like it personalised. Providing as much detail as possible, including resources such as links, font name or images, will ensure your finished product is exactly what you wanted.
We will send you a quote based on the details you provide.
If you have already completed the purchase of the item you wish to personalise please include your order reference number.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?

How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Shipping and delivery cost varies depending on what you have ordered and your delivery address. Cost is affected by the size and weight of your order.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders of stock items are normally dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Where items are cut to a specified size, in commercial quantities, personalised or branded we aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 2-4 weeks.
Delivery time varies depending on what you have ordered and your delivery address.
Can I have my items delivered to my workplace?
Yes, we can deliver items to your workplace. Please include your company name, mobile phone number and all address details such as unit number, or floor where delivery is to an office building.
We do not take any responsibility for items that cannot be successfully delivered due to inaccessibility or work place policy that prevents deliveries.
Can I have my items delivered to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Many of our items are simply too large.
Refunds & Returns
Please contact us if you have any difficulty with an item you have purchased from Bamboo Designer Products.
Purchases are protected by Australian Consumer Law, Consumer Guarantees. Where an item:
- is or becomes faulty through no fault of your own

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept cancellation of your order or return of items if you have changed your mind.
Please choose carefully and provide all information required, especially when having items personalised.
